I contributed to content direction and communication planning, helping bring consistency across digital platforms. I also supported efforts around engagement-focused messaging and the use of platforms like WhatsApp to guide inquiries into a more structured flow.

The organization lacked a formal structure for scaling. Its onboarding process was manual, the digital presence was fragmented, and there was no clear system to consistently attract and convert interested audiences. This made growth dependent on effort rather than a repeatable process.
